They found very similar indicators to those found in September 2022 and November 2022, which both experienced the most significant declines in value during the prior cycle. Lunde states that there are historical characteristics regarding this: • Period of Low Volatility Contraction (LVC). • Little to no speculative interest at the bottom of the market cycle. • Gradual Market Stabilization Enough to Reverse To Uptrend.
