Transparency is maintained through a Proof of Reserves dashboard, which allows anyone to verify on-chain that yzUSD is fully backed by eligible assets. While the token can be traded on decentralized exchanges, the direct minting and redemption process through the protocol is gated. Access to these functions is limited to eligible investors who successfully complete compliance procedures, including KYC and AML screenings.
