The term "Pi Network IOU" refers to Pi IOU tokens, which are not the actual Pi coins. "IOU" stands for "I Owe You". These are speculative assets or placeholders offered by certain exchanges. They represent a promise to exchange them for real Pi tokens once the Pi Network's mainnet officially launches and the native Pi token becomes transferable.
