ARC can be staked for sARC, and sARC can be unstaked for ARC at a one-to-one ratio, without fees, cooldowns, or lock periods. xARC (Burnt ARC) is another derivative that also accrues a larger share of protocol revenue. When ARC is converted to xARC, the underlying ARC tokens are permanently removed from circulation, meaning xARC cannot be converted back to ARC. esARC (Escrowed ARC) is an escrowed wrapper around ARC that accrues a slice of protocol revenue. Each esARC token is backed by one ARC token and can be unvested into ARC over a period of one year, during which time no protocol revenue is accrued. Stakers in the Arcadeum ecosystem receive 100% of the revenue generated from ALP deposit fees, ALP withdrawal fees, and a percentage of betting fees. Arcadeum emphasizes prioritizing transparency, decentralization, and censorship resistance as a true on-chain movement.
