Inference enables distributed and high-performance AI computation, supporting large language models and machine learning tasks. The LUME token is fundamental to the Lumera ecosystem. It is used for all transactions and service executions on the network. LUME is staked by validators and SuperNodes to secure the network and is also used for governance, allowing token holders to propose and vote on network upgrades and other key decisions. It powers the decentralized services like Cascade, Sense, and Inference. Lumera aims to be a foundational layer for Web3 applications that require intelligent, autonomous, and censorship-resistant capabilities, without relying on centralized infrastructure.
