It uses the kHeavyHash algorithm for its PoW consensus, which is described as resource-efficient and compatible with standard mining hardware, promoting decentralized mining. The project positions itself as a robust platform for applications requiring high throughput and low-cost transactions, such as peer-to-peer payments and decentralized applications.
