It is generated through a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism, with plans for a future migration to Proof-of-Stake (PoS). The genesis block of the Abelian project was created on April 17, 2022. Developed by the Abelian Foundation, the project has a team of cryptographers.
